Tiger Woods and his girlfriend Erica Herman are being sued for the wrongful death of a staffer. USA Today reports that the parents of Nicholas Immesberger have filed the lawsuit following the December death of their son in a fatal car crash. The lawsuit alleges that Immesberger--who was bartender at Woods' Florida restaurant The Woods--was over-served at the restaurant, which led to his drunk driving death. Immesberger reportedly struggled with alcoholism and was served alcohol to the point of "severe intoxication" at the restaurant before being allowed to drive home. The 24 year old crashed his car and died, with a blood alcohol level three times the legal limit. His parents say he was recruited to the restaurant by Herman and that she and Woods drank with Immesberger days before the crash and "reasonably should have known" that he was a "habitual drunkard."
