On Sunday night, Pete Davidson told a crowd that he'd gone to rehab last year, according to Page Six. During a standup set at comedy club Caroline's, Pete Davidson said that he'd worked on some of his jokes at the Sierra Tucson facility in Arizona. He said he used the name "Howard" while he was there, and that he hung out at the "butt hut", a place where those in treatment smoke cigarettes. Davidson seemed to tease a rehab stay in a December episode of Saturday Night Live, when he said he was going on a vacation, "the kind of vacation where, like, insurance pays for some of it, and they take your phone and shoelaces.” Davidson also joked that he'd signed a suicide pledge where he won't kill himself until the Knicks win a championship. The comedian's set was sold out and the phones of those attending were locked in pouches during the performance. Davidson has an upcoming Netflix special, which will start streaming February 25.
