A New York City federal judge ordered on Friday that singer R. Kelly be held without bond on sex trafficking charges. UPI reports that Kelly entered a not guilty plea to charges, but the judge agreed with prosecutors that the entertainer is a flight risk and a danger to the community. The R&B singer faces sex-related charges in both New York and Chicago totaling 13 victims. Kelly also previously pleaded not guilty to the Chicago charges in June.
