A day after Aaron Carter's sister Angel was granted a one-year protective order against him, Carter's brother Nick was also granted a one-year order, Us Weekly reports. The judge gave the order after Aaron Carter did not show up in court to contest, and he must now stay away from his older brother and his family for the next year. On Tuesday, after granting sister Angel's protective order, the judge in that case also ordered that Aaron give up his guns, which caused him to speak out on Instagram, claiming he was "devastated" by the decision. "My sister lied over and over in an effort to take away my 2nd Amendment rights and she did it on behalf of my brother to silence me talking about how he raped and sexually assaulted multiple women,” he claimed in the post, while adding that he would abide by the judge's order. Nick and Angel Carter had originally requested the protective order in September, saying they felt threatened by Aaron, who has sought treatment for substance abuse struggles, and confirmed a bipolar disorder and schizophrenia diagnosis earlier this year.
