On Friday, the AP reported that both JAY-Z and John Fogerty had pulled out of the troubled Woodstock 50 festival, which will still reportedly take place from August 16-18 at Merriweather Post Pavilion in Columbia, Maryland. The festival, meant to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the original Woodstock and organized by co-founder Michael Lang, was originally supposed to take place at Watkins Glen racetrack in upstate New York, but the venue recently pulled out. If the festival actually happens and there are no more defections, the lineup is still set to include Dead & Company, Miley Cyrus, Chance the Rapper, The Black Keys, Robert Plant, David Crosby, Janelle Monae, Brandi Carlile, Halsey, and The Lumineers, among other acts.
