Britney Spears wants control over her own personal life. According to Us Weekly, that's what is at the heart of the pop star's current battle to end her father's conservatorship over her. Spears went to court on May 10 and started the first step--being evaluated by medical experts--in potentially ending dad Jamie's conservatorship. Court documents currently state that, "The Conservator shall have the power to restrict and limit visitors by any means." A source tells Us, "Britney doesn't care if Jamie is left in control of her finances with the conservatorship of the estate remaining. However, according to Britney, the conservatorship of her personal life needs to end. She is finished with Jamie having control of her personal life and wants to have her own control over that."
