This 3 letter word is the most confusing in the English language

There's a lot of tough words in the English language, like "pneumonoultramicroscopicsilicovolcanoconiosis" which apparently is an actual word that refers to a type of lung disease. 

But according to Reader's Digest and the Oxford English Dictionary, that is NOT the most confusing word in the English language. The word is only three letters's 'run'.

There are so many different potential meanings for the word 'run' that it is a nightmare for anyone tasked with defining it. It has OVER 645 different meanings...
