Twitter User Goes Viral Mocking Ridiculous Things People Do in Ads for Bathtub Trays

Do the companies that manufacture bathtub trays have any idea how people actually relax in the tub? It seems not, based on a viral Twitter thread making fun of the totally-not-tub-friendly activities people do in ads for bathtub trays. "The people who manufacture bathtub trays seem to have no idea what women actually do in the bath and I find that strangely comforting," Twitter user Sharon Su wrote Saturday alongside a pic of a woman in a bubble bath holding a full cup of cappuccino, complete with heart-shaped foam art on top. Su went on to tweet more bathtub-tray ads that show women eating undressed salads, sipping on blue martinis, nibbling on full cheese boards--even bathing alongside a plate of hot dogs and waffles. "Look if you're not chowing down on waffles and hot dogs while gazing at stock photography of the ocean then what are you even doing," she tweeted alongside that last one before adding, "In short, I have learned that I am apparently bathing all wrong and will rectify this immediately."
