Penn State Students Hold Vigil for Taco Bell Store That Unexpectedly Closed

March 3, 2020

Students at Penn State University are mourning the loss of a favorite establishment: a local Taco Bell. UPI reports that the restaurant unexpectedly closed down last week, which prompted student Prajesh Patel to organize a vigil that took place Sunday night. Dozens of people showed up to pay their respects to the now-defunct restaurant, including many former employees. Patel told the assembled crowd, "Taco Bell was our home away from home, and added spice to our life." Fortunately, there's another Taco Bell within two miles of the closed location, so PSU students can still get their Taco Bell fix.
