Here are a few more good news stories from the outbreak...

1.  A group of moms in Lincoln, Nebraska have raised thousands of dollars to give free books and backpacks to kids in foster care.  Their goal is to hand them out to EVERY kid in the Lincoln foster care system.

2.  There's a couple in southern Alabama who own a restaurant called Drexell & Honeybee's.  And it's been huge for people during the crisis because it's donation-based.  Anyone can walk up and get food to go, even if they don't have any money.

3.  Doctors are getting better and better at treating the virus.  And the newest breakthrough might involve making people really COLD.  A group of doctors in New York are using therapeutic hypothermia to get patients off ventilators faster.

4.  Early in the pandemic, a town in rural Colorado knew its local businesses were in trouble.  So they asked people to donate whatever they could, and got an even bigger response than expected. The name of the town is Holyoke. And donations have ranged from pocket change to people who gave their entire stimulus check.  They've now received over $90,000 in donations, and used it to help keep 19 businesses open.  The next town over is doing it now too, and they've brought in another $25,000.
