Here are a few more good news stories from the outbreak...

1.  Three teenage girls in Ireland spent three months in lockdown working on an app called Memory Haven that helps people with dementia.  It's a collection of games and tasks that help prevent memory loss.  And it just won them a huge international competition, beating out 1,500 other teams from 62 countries.

2.  One day after his 64th birthday, a COVID-19 patient in Iowa just went home after 99 days in the hospital.  And six weeks of that was in quarantine in the ICU before he tested negative.

3.  Here's the best video you'll see this week:  A Florida couple named Joe and Eve Loreth have been married 60 years.  And they just reunited after seven months apart. Joe got really sick in March with an unknown illness.  It doesn't sound like it was COVID.  But Eve couldn't visit him because of the pandemic, even when he had to have his left leg amputated. The best they could do was talk on the phone and see each other through a window a few times.  Then in August, she moved into a retirement home.  And he finally joined her there last Wednesday. She didn't know when he'd show up, so it was surprise.  But in the end, HE was the one who got emotional and couldn't stop crying.  (Here's the full video.)
