For the second time this week, Katy Perry is being accused of sexual harassment. This time around her accuser is a Russian TV host named Tina Kandelaki, who alleged in the Russian newspaper Rossiyskaya Gazeta that a drunken Perry "chose me as an object for the manifestation of her passion" at a party. “I managed to fight back, strength training was not in vain, and Katy instantly found a new victim for kisses, hugs and dirty dances.” Kandelaki didn't specify when this unwanted advance was, although she added, “As far as I can tell, there were no casualties at the party, but I won’t be surprised at the stream of memories of unhappy fans who for years carried this inside themselves, and now they suddenly remembered the scolded dignity.” Earlier in the week, Perry's co-star in the "Teenage Dream" video, Josh Kloss, also accused the pop icon of harassment--specifically that she pulled his pants from his waist, revealing his penis.
