If you're about to sprint out the front door and book it to your favorite liquor store to buy 19 cases of wine because you're afraid they're about to close down due to the Coronavirus outbreak...HOLD UP. Liquor stores actually qualify as essential businesses in New York and are exempt from Governor Cuomo's executive order for all non-essential workers to stay home. So while you may want to stock up a little, there's no need to buy for the rest of the year.
