Some kids like to blame their parents for all of their problems--and it turns out they may have a point. According to a new Lomo Linda University study, aloof and unsupportive parenting can damage a child's health on a genetic level, potentially leading to disease and early death in adulthood. "As early life stress increases, the risk of a host of diseases increases, as well as premature death," lead author Raymond Knutsen tells The New York Post. He adds that undereducated and overweight people were likelier to feel the adverse affects of "cold parenting."
