With the coronavirus pandemic raging on, entrepreneurs are stepping up to provide a wide range of humorous t-shirt with slogans as simple as "I survived Coronavirus 2020," to some with darker connotations, the Wall Street Journal reports. For example, Georgia native Physics Harris is providing shirts featuring Purell bottles, a coughing Tom Hanks, Rudy Gobert (the first NBA player to test positive) and young people wearing masks. But are these shirts insensitive? Some online retailers believe so: Etsy, the online marketplace, has banned all coronavirus-related items, claiming they "attempt to exploit the coronavirus situation.” T-shirt seller Gianluca Ditullio of Toronto says, "There’s always going to be two sides: One person is going to think something is distasteful, someone’s going to think it’s okay."
